It’s time to trust yourself…
Have you ever found yourself asking everyone else what you should do, searching for the right answer, replaying conversations in your head, or feeling overwhelmed by all the voices telling you who you should be?
Sometimes, the more answers we look for, the further we get from ourselves.
This six-week experiential journey is an invitation to slow down, quiet the outside noise, and reconnect with the voice that has been there all along: your own.
Together, we'll explore the expectations you've carried, the stories you've come to believe, the ways fear influences your decisions, and what it means to trust yourself even when you don't have everything figured out.
Through guided reflection, journaling, somatic practices, movement, meditation, EFT tapping, and moments of shared conversation, you'll have the opportunity to move beyond simply thinking about your life and begin experiencing a deeper connection with yourself.
This isn't about finding someone else's answer or becoming a different version of yourself. It's about creating enough space to notice what you think, feel, need, and genuinely want.
Over six weeks, we'll explore:
-
Why is it so hard to hear myself?
We live in a world full of opinions, advice, expectations, and endless information. Between what our family thinks, what our friends suggest, what we see online, and what we believe we should be doing, it can become difficult to recognize our own voice.
In our first week, we'll begin identifying the noise that influences your thoughts and decisions. You'll explore where you turn when you feel uncertain, whose opinions carry the most weight, and what happens when you constantly look outside yourself for answers.
What you'll explore:
Identify the external voices and expectations influencing your decisions.
Recognize patterns of overthinking, comparison, and reassurance-seeking.
Explore the difference between gathering information and feeling connected to yourself.
Begin creating space between what everyone else thinks and what you actually think.
You'll leave with: A clearer awareness of the noise you carry and a simple practice to check in with yourself before immediately looking for another answer.
-
Less thinking. More Awareness.
How much of your day do you spend inside your head? Replaying conversations, anticipating what could happen, analyzing your feelings, or trying to think your way through every situation?Sometimes, we don't need to think harder. We need to slow down enough to notice what's happening within us.
This week is an invitation to reconnect with your body as a source of awareness and information. Through somatic practices, gentle movement, guided meditation, and reflection, you'll begin noticing the sensations, emotions, and signals that often get overlooked when the mind takes over.
What you'll explore:
Recognize how stress, emotions, and overwhelm can show up in your body.
Practice distinguishing physical sensations from the stories you attach to them.
Explore the ways you disconnect from your body when uncomfortable feelings arise.
Learn simple grounding and body-awareness practices you can use in everyday life.
Create more space to feel without immediately needing to analyze or fix.
You'll leave with: Practical ways to slow down, become more present, and listen to your body without expecting it to have every answer.
-
Not every thought in your head belongs to you.
Have you ever stopped to wonder where some of your beliefs came from? The expectations you place on yourself, the pressure to make everyone happy, or the idea that you have to be a certain kind of person to be loved, accepted, or successful?
Many of the beliefs we carry were shaped long before we consciously chose them.
This week, we'll explore the expectations, family roles, and learned beliefs that may be influencing how you live and the decisions you make. You'll begin questioning the difference between what you've been taught to believe and what genuinely feels true to you.
What you'll explore:
Identify the "shoulds" that influence your everyday life.
Explore family roles, people-pleasing, and the expectations you've internalized.
Recognize beliefs you may have adopted to feel accepted, safe, or loved.
Question whether certain expectations still align with who you are today.
Begin identifying your own values, preferences, needs, and desires.
You'll leave with: A deeper understanding of which beliefs you want to carry forward and permission to reconsider the ones that no longer feel like yours.
-
What if you're not confused, but conflicted?
Sometimes, one part of you wants change while another wants to stay where things feel familiar. One part wants to speak up, while another worries about disappointing someone. You might want something deeply and still feel afraid of what happens if you choose it.
That doesn't necessarily mean you don't know what you want. It may mean there are different parts of you trying to protect different things.
This week, we'll explore the stories you tell yourself and the different parts of you that show up when navigating relationships, decisions, and change. Instead of judging these parts or trying to silence them, we'll practice meeting them with curiosity and compassion.
What you'll explore:
Identify recurring stories and beliefs that influence how you see yourself.
Explore the different parts of yourself that show up during difficult decisions.
Recognize protective patterns such as people-pleasing, perfectionism, avoidance, or fear of rejection.
Understand what certain reactions or behaviors may be trying to protect.
Practice listening to conflicting needs without immediately judging or dismissing them.
You'll leave with: A more compassionate understanding of your inner world and a way to approach internal conflict with curiosity rather than self-criticism.
-
Learning to listen beneath the fear.
How do you know whether something is your intuition, fear, anxiety, or simply the uncertainty of not knowing what comes next?
When we're faced with a difficult decision, it's easy to get caught in a cycle of overthinking, searching for reassurance, and trying to predict every possible outcome. We may mistake urgency for clarity or believe we need to eliminate fear before moving forward.
This week, we'll explore how to slow down and approach uncertainty with greater awareness. We'll look at the difference between what we're feeling, what we're assuming, what we're afraid of, and what genuinely matters to us. We'll also make space for faith, prayer, surrender, and the role they can play in our relationship with the unknown.
What you'll explore:
Explore the differences between fear, anxiety, intuition, and inner knowing.
Recognize when past experiences or expectations may be influencing present decisions.
Practice separating what you know from what you're assuming or imagining.
Learn a simple pause-and-discern process before seeking outside reassurance.
Explore how faith, prayer, and surrender can coexist with personal responsibility and thoughtful decision-making.
You'll leave with: A practical approach to navigating uncertainty, listening to yourself, and making decisions without needing every fear to disappear first.
-
Less asking. More listening.
Self-trust doesn't mean you'll always make the right decision, never experience doubt, or stop asking others for guidance. It means learning how to stay connected to yourself as you navigate life's decisions, changes, and unknowns.
In our final week, we'll bring together everything we've explored and turn it into practices you can continue using long after our time together. You'll reflect on what you've learned, identify the tools that help you reconnect with yourself, and create your own personal self-trust toolkit.
What you'll explore:
Reflect on the patterns, beliefs, and inner voices you've become more aware of.
Identify the practices that help you reconnect with yourself when you feel overwhelmed or disconnected.
Create a personal toolkit for navigating fear, uncertainty, and conflicting emotions.
Explore how to seek advice and support without abandoning your own judgment.
Identify small, meaningful steps you can take from a more grounded place.
You'll leave with: A collection of practical tools, a deeper understanding of yourself, and a framework you can return to whenever life gets noisy again.
This isn't about becoming someone who never doubts themselves. It's about building a relationship with yourself that can hold uncertainty, change, difficult emotions, and new possibilities.
You can ask questions. You can seek guidance. You can change your mind.
But you can also learn to pause, listen, and trust yourself along the way.
You don't need another answer. You need a space to hear yourself
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR SIX-WEEK EXPERIENCE?
This is more than six weeks of listening and learning. It's an opportunity to slow down, get curious about yourself, and put what you're discovering into practice.
Each week, we'll combine conversation, guided experiences, and personal reflection to help you build a deeper connection with yourself.
YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
Six Guided Weekly Sessions
Join a supportive space where you can explore, reflect, ask questions, and connect with yourself alongside others who are navigating similar experiences. Each session builds on the previous one, creating a journey from awareness to greater self-trust.
Guided Meditation & Mindfulness
Take a break from the constant thinking and doing. Through guided meditation and mindfulness practices, you'll have opportunities to slow down, become present, and listen inward.
Somatic Practices & Gentle Movement
Your body is part of your experience, too. We'll incorporate gentle movement and body-awareness exercises to help you notice physical sensations, reconnect with yourself, and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.
Journaling & Personal Reflection
You'll receive intentional writing prompts and reflection exercises each week. These are designed to help you explore your beliefs, recognize patterns, question old expectations, and get curious about what you genuinely think and feel.
EFT Tapping Practices
We'll introduce gentle Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping practices as a way to bring awareness to emotions, stress, and the thoughts we may be holding onto.
Prayer & Spiritual Reflection
For those who wish to participate, we'll make room for prayer, faith, surrender, and spiritual reflection. You are welcome to explore your relationship with the unknown and what it means to trust the process while remaining connected to yourself.
Group Conversation & Shared Reflection
You won't be expected to have all the answers or share more than you're comfortable with. There will be opportunities to ask questions, listen, share experiences, and learn from the reflections of others in a supportive group environment.
Weekly Integration Practices
The work doesn't end when our session does. Each week, you'll receive a simple practice or reflection to take into your everyday life, helping you bring what you're learning into your relationships, decisions, and daily experiences.
Your Personal Self-Trust Toolkit
By the end of our six weeks, you'll have created your own collection of practices, reflections, and tools to return to when life feels overwhelming, when you're second-guessing yourself, or when you need a moment to reconnect.
THIS IS YOUR SPACE TO...
Pause instead of immediately searching for another answer.
Get out of your head and reconnect with your body.
Question the expectations you've been carrying.
Understand the different parts of yourself with more compassion.
Explore fear, intuition, faith, and uncertainty.
Practice listening to your own needs, values, and desires.
Build trust in your ability to navigate life, even when you don't know exactly what comes next.
You don't have to arrive knowing what you need. You just have to arrive willing to get curious.
